Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police Amritsar (Rural), Amritsar to ensure that the matters pertaining to FIR No.75 dated 8.6.2020 under Section 420 IPC & Section 7 of the Essential Commodities, Act; and FIR No.128 dated 13.8.2020 under Section 506 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar are got investigated fairly in accordance with law. As regards the apprehension of the petitioner regarding threat to his life and liberty is concerned, it shall be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before No.4-Senior GAURAV SOROT 2020.09.16 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
