RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) The petitioner retired from the Punjab State Cooperative Handloom Federation Limited - respondent No.3 on March 28, 2013. He is aggrieved by non-payment of gratuity, leave encashment etc. and other claims as set out in the legal notice dated December 21, 2014 (P-4) addressed to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab as well. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal notice has not been addressed so far and, therefore, he seeks a direction to the respondents No.2 & 3 to consider and decide his legal notice. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and redress it within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the dues are found payable the same may be paid within the same time frame.
