**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking benefit of minimum of regular pay scale meant for the post of Patwari and arrears of salary from the initial date of appointment, in view of order passed on 17.05.2019 (P-4 colly) in the case of Shamsher Singh, Canal Patwari.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat this petition as representation and consider the case of the petitioner by passing appropriate orders, keeping in view order 17.05.2019 (P-4 colly). This exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
