The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitoners at the hands of private respondents No. 7 to 16. In this regard the petitioners have also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 19.02.2018 (Annexure P-5) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 19.02.2018 (Annexure P-5) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.
