(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing revision petition No.ER/318/2024 dated 22.08.2024 titled as "Fakir Chand vs. Gopala etc. (Annexure P-5) (all subsequent proceedings therefrom) filed by respondent No.3-Fakir Chand and order dated 22.08.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Deputy Commissioner Karnal, Haryana.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
