The present appeal pertains to the year 2023 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. On 07.01.2025 the following order was passed : 'On 02.11.2023 and 10.01.2024 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Thereafter the case was adjourned by order on two occasions. Today, case called twice since morning. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 30.10.2025'.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants today despite the matter being called twice. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
