(ORAL): The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.4.2019, alongwith government approval dated 1.3.2019, whereby the petitioners were transferred on deputation to Municipal Corporation, Yamuna Nagar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that two other similar matters, CWP No.14037 of 2019 and 13420 of 2019, were disposed of by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.3.2020, keeping in view the stand taken by the respondents that as per Haryana Civil Service Rules, the government can transfer the employee on deputation to any organisation under the Haryana Government for a period up to three years. It was also stated that the government had decided to grant deputation allowance to the employees who were transferred to Local Bodies Department. Accordingly, the petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 6.3.2020, passed in the aforesaid petitions, whereby the same were disposed of without issuing any directions in view of the stand taken by the respondents. 3.
