(Oral) Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 states that the matter has been amicably settled with the appellant-Bank and the appellant has already withdrawn the cases from the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The payment under the OTS has also been made and the payment of rest of the amount will be made within the time stipulated.

In view of the aforesaid statement, this petition has become infructuous at this stage.
