Petitioner, who is stated to be 26-year old and a daily wage labourer, seeks bail in criminal case bearing FIR No.40dated 07.09.2022, registered under Sections 420, 419, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Cyber Crime, Chandigarh.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner(s) while learned counsel appearing for the respondent-U.T., on instructions from ASI Balwan Singh, informs that instant petitions are rendered infructuous as petitioners, in both the MAHAVIR SINGH 2023.07.05 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/ judgment
