MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for quashing of FIR No.7 dated 19.10.2022 under Sections 386, 406, 419, 420, 467, 469, 471, 120-B, 201 of the IPC registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Sonipat, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

At the outset, learned State counsel has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners are seeking partial quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise purportedly effected with the complainant. It has been submitted that it is contrary to the settled law laid down by a Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M No.48043 of 2023 titled as Rakesh Das Versus State of Haryana and another, decided on 12.11.2024.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the instant petition and prays for withdrawal of the same at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
