*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldip Singh has stated that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and has been released on interim bail. He has contended that the local police does not require arrest of the petitioner in the case in question and in case if at any stage of investigation, petitioner is required to be arrested by the local police then four days advance notice would be given to her.

It being so, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly with the observations that in view of statement of learned State counsel if at any stage of investigation the petitioner is required to be arrested by the police in this case then four days advance notice would be given to her.
