This petition is for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 66 dated 8.4.2022 under Sections 305, 354-C and 201 IPC registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala. The allegations against the petitioner, as apparent on record are, that co-accused Manpreet Singh had sent photographs of the deceased to the petitioner who also harassed her and misused those photographs. All this allegedly led to the complainant's daughter committing suicide. She was a minor.

Looking at the seriousness of the allegations and also in view of the fact that the mobile phone is yet to be recovered from the petitioner, there is no ground to grant pre-arrest bail to him.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
