The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to official respondents to collect her documents from the possession of private respondent i.e. respondent No. 5.

The petitioner is claiming that her documents i.e. original Matriculation Certificate, original 10+2 Certificate, Bachelor of Arts degree, blank cheques and original passport are lying in the possession of respondent No. 5. The respondents i.e. SSP, Chandigarh and Regional Passport Officer, Chandigarh be directed to collect her documents from the possession of respondent No. 5.

CWP No.13428 of 2024 -23. Respondent No. 5 is a private person and this Court cannot ask any agency to collect documents from the possession of a private person. It is a private dispute between the parties.
