(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.3- District Development and Panchayat Officer, Fatehgarh Sahib.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the period for which the administrator had been appointed vide order dated 11.04.2025 i.e. for 30 days already stands expired and the said order has not been extended further. He prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one, if need so arises.
