Today alleged detenue Muskan @ Kajal Giri has appeared in the Court along with the petitioner and made statement that now she is living with the petitioner as his wife. She further submitted that she performed marriage with the petitioner on 26.5.2022 and the copy of the Nikhanama is Annexure P-1. Muskan further stated that she is not ready to live with GAURAV SOROT 2022.07.27 13:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRWP-6635-2022 respondents No.8 and 9, who are her father and brother respectively. Muskan further submitted that she is willing to live with the petitioner, who is her husband. She produced copy of her AADHAR card which is taken on record, as per the said AADHAR card her date of birth is 8.6.2003. In view of the above as the alleged detenue is living with the petitioner, the present petition is hereby disposed of being rendered infructuous.
