(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having NACT No.5087/2018 dated 3.10.2018 registered under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act in case titled as HDFC Bank Limited vs. Saran Dass. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the proceedings in the trial Court and released on interim bail pursuant to order dated 18.7.2022 passed by this Court and in this regard the counsel for the petitioner has produced orders dated 7.9.2022, 3.11.2022 and GAURAV SOROT 2023.03.02 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 18.7.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However the petitioner should appear before the trial Court on each and every date fixed, in future as well.
