*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein,inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned final result dated 03.09.2020 (AnnexureP-6) to the extent of non-granting of 5 marks as per Socio Economic Criteria and not selecting the petitioners on the post of Clerk. Learned State counsel, at the outset, points out that the result for the post of Clerk advertised vide advertisement No.5/2019, (Annexure P-1) impugned herein, has been quashed vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in CWP No.15672-2021 titled as "Amit Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others." wherein it has been directed that the Commission shall carry out re-evaluation of all the candidates across board who had participated in the selection process and declare their result and prepare fresh merit list after carrying out re-evaluation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of CWP No.15672-2021 ibid. 02.05.2022 (ARUN MONGA) vandana JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
