The petitioner cannot feel aggrieved about the order where even the amount for maintenance is not spelt out. All that the appellate authority says is that the up-to-date maintenance must be given. The petitioner ought not to have feel aggrieved about the order. If at all, it is only the mother who secured such an order could be aggrieved complaining that the order is vague.

There is no cause for intervention. The writ petition is dismissed.
