In view of the law laid down in the case of M/s Vijayant Travels and another v. State of Punjab and another (CWP No. 15786 of 1999, decided on 20.12.2012), rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, quashing the Punjab Mini Bus Service Scheme, 2010, the original permit has become non est and, therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly stands dismissed as such. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
