(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is against the order dated 20.04.2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench. The Tribunal has declined to issue a direction to the department to supply the documents which the Inquiry Officer has directed to supply to the petitioner to prepare his defence in the pending departmental enquiry.
