(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.180 dated 6.7.2021 registered under Sections 420, 406, 416, 467, 468, 471, 362, 120-B at Police Station Sector 39, Chandigarh. Complainant-Raj Kumar has put in appearance in compliance of order dated 28.7.2022 passed by this Court. The complainant made statement that now he is not having any dispute with the present petitioner and also produced the copy of the compromised deed, which is effected with co-accused Jagdeep Arora in the connected petition bearing CRM-M-28740GAURAV SOROT 2022.08.30 12:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
( 2 ) CRM-M-33178-2021 2021 titled Jagdeep Arora vs. U.T. Chandigarh and his AADHAR card and the same are taken on record in the connected petition. The complainant further stated that he is having no objection if bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
State counsel on instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh made submissions that in the light of the aforesaid statement made by the complainant in the Court and the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police, the said petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 17.08.2021 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
