**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The present petition was adjourned sine die and ordered to be listed after the decision of LPA No.773 of 2011 titled State of Haryana Vs. Suresh Chnder and others, vide order dated 27.08.2012 of this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the said LPA has been decided on 06.11.2012 and during the pendency of the present petition one junior, namely, Hitesh Kaushik has been promoted as Sub-Divisional Engineer (Mechanical), vide order dated 10.02.2014. At this stage, he wishes to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to challenge the said promotion order. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
