**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned re-transfer order dated 28.05.2019 (P-7) from Chandigarh to Panchkula keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is due to retired on 30.05.2020.

Learned counsel submits that the re-transfer of the petitioner is against instructions dated 18.04.1980 and policy dated 04.06.2018 (P-9). Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 09.03.2019 from Panchkula to Chandigarh and this order has now been cancelled vide order dated 28.05.2019.

Keeping in view that the transfer of the petitioner has been done on administrative grounds. Hence, no ground is made out to set aside order dated 28.05.2019 (P-7).

Dismissed.
