SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) By filing the present civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks consideration of his claim as per representation dated 02.07.2021(Annexure P-3), 16.07.2021 (Annexure P-5) and 03.08.2021 (Annexure P-6). The petitioner is basically aggrieved that the online transfer drive is taking place and he is presently working as Sanskrit Teacher at Govt. Model Senior Secondary School, Sevli, Sonipat. The petitioner was initially appointed on ad hoc basis in 1997 and his services were regularised on 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-1) w.e.f the due date i.e. 01.10.2003. It is grouse of the petitioner that the portal of Management Information System (M.I.S.) is still showing his appointment on ad hoc/ contractual basis. In these circumstances, the Headmistress of the School, where the petitioner is working, forwarded the said representation to the Block Education Officer, Rai, which is clear from Annexure P-3 but no action has been taken. Notice of motion.

Ms. Kirti Singh, D.A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Keeping in view the above, respondent No.3 shall take appropriate action in getting the M.I.S. portal corrected, showing the status of petitioner as a regular employee, so that he can effectively take part in the online transfer drive.
