(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 04.05.2025 (Annexure P-5), submitted by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned authorities to decide the representation dated 04.05.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
