This case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

The petitioner has already made a representation for redressal of her grievance vide Annexure P-20 on 30.07.2020. The competent authority before whom the representation has been made, is directed to decide the same by passing a speaking / detailed order by taking into consideration all the pleas taken in the representation. The petitioner be also afforded personal hearing at the time of decision of representation. The State Government is also directed to constitute a Rate Fixation Committee within a period of six weeks from today, if already not constituted, as per Annexure P-3 dated 21.06.2012.

The petition stands disposed of.
