In view of the reply filed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition.

However, it is clarified that the compensation amount which is lying deposited with the Collector concerned, be forthwith released to the present petitioner in terms of his entitlement, as declared in the record of rights.

Moreover, the interest accrued on the said deposited amount shall also be disbursed to the present petitioner.
