**** SUKHVINDER KAUR , J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to official respondent Nos.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioner from respondent Nos.4 to 7.

As per status report that has been placed on record by learned State counsel, it has been submitted that as per inquiry of complaint it was established that no threat or scuffle was found to be committed by respondents - Simranjeet Singh, Hari Singh, Balwant Singh and Inspector Baljit Singh. The allegations levelled in the complaint were not proved and it was recommended to be filed.

Keeping in view the aforesaid status report, no further order is required to be passed in the instant petition. Disposed of accordingly.
