(ORAL) CRM-10657 of 2022 Through this application prayer has been made for placing on record compromise dated 18.10.2021 and affidavit of the complainant dated 18.10.2021 as Annexures A/1 and A/2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Annexures A/1 and A/2 are taken on record subject to just exceptions.

CRM-M-33264 of 2021 Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Rohit Kumar - in case FIR No.211 dated 22.07.2021 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Sector-17, HUDA, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been compromised between the parties.

In view of above, order dated 17.08.2021 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
