The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents to remove anomalies in respect of fixation of the pay inasmuch as the junior Social Science Teachers have been granted higher pay scale after granting benefit of ACP to them as against the pay being drawn by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that although the petitioners have submitted representation dated 4.11.2019 and 12.11.2019 (Anneuxres P-5 & P-6) to the District Education Officer (Secondary Education), Punjab, but to no avail.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner,, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondents No.4 & 5, to look into the matter so as to ensure that the representations (Annexure P-5 & P-6) are looked into in GAURAV SOROT 2020.09.16 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CWP-14588-2020 accordance with law and are disposed off at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case, anything is found to be due to the petitioners, such payment be made within 3 months thereafter i.e. after decision of the aforesaid representations.

A copy of this order along with copy of representations (Annexure P-5 & 6 ) be sent to respondents No.4 & 5 so as to enable them to do the needful expeditiously.
