Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.115 dated 20.07.2023, under Sections 302, 323, 325, 148, 149 BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Vide order dated 02.08.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 02.08.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 02.08.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482 (2) B.N.S.S.
