This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and not to implicate him in any false case purportedly at the behest of respondents No.9 to 12. Further prayer is for issuance of an advance notice of seven days, before registration of any case or before arresting the petitioner, besides, a prayer for deciding the petitioner's representation/complaint dated 22.03.2019 (Annexure P4). CWP No.16082 of 2019 [2] not denied by learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR No.107 dated 02.07.2019 under Sections 420/120B IPC stands registered against the petitioner at Police Station, Kotkapura.
In this view of the matter, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy/remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
