This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking production of alleged detenue Sonam before this court. Learned State counsel submits that statement of alleged detenue Sonam has been recorded by the police. She has stated that she is residing with respondent no. 4 of her own free will as she has got married to him. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction from this court is necessary. Petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
