Learned state counsel submits that the alleged detenue herself performed marriage with Sher Singh and living with her inlaws house on her own free will. Matter has been looked into and grilled has not been found in illegal detention. In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition as petitioners have no objection to the matrimonial alliance.
