M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Right of parole in the year 2013 could not be availed of by the petitioner for having not been able to furnish security bond within a period of six month.

Through the instant petition order Annexure P1 dated 2.2.2016, has been challenged claiming that on account of unavoidable Raj Kumar Arora 2017.10.06 11:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-299-2016 circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds as his father had died and his mother was seriously ill.

Since concession of parole available in the year 2013 cannot be granted now, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to seek concession of parole afresh, in accordance with law despite dismissal of this writ petition or refusal of release on parole vide Annexure P1 dated 2.2.2016. It will be open to the petitioner to furnish fresh bail bonds in case of grant of parole to him.
