The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.492 dated 26.08.2020 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452 and 506 IPC at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the FIR in question stands quashed by way of compromise.
