None for the petitioner Mr. J.S.Brar, AAG, Punjab Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Vibhor Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (City) Ferozepur wherein it has been averred that on 18.2.2016, FIR No. 15 dated 18.2.2016 under sections 353,186,332,34 IPC has been registered with Police Station Cantt Ferozepur against Nitish son of the present petitioner Ashok Kumar, who has since been arrested on 18.2.2016 and thereafter on 19.2.2016, the very next day, was produced before the concerned court. On 23.2.2016, he was released on bail.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present petition and the same, as such, is dismissed.
