**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) CRM No.29298 of 2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to the failure of the prosecution to conclude the trial in terms of Section 437(6) Cr.P.C, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the trial Court. In view of above, the present application is allowed. The main case is taken up today itself.
