(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of impugned order dated 04.10.2017 (Annexure P-4) of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, declaring the petitioners as proclaimed persons in case FIR No. 159 dated 10.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 341, 427, 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Daba Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.
Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 submits that he has no objection in granting bail to the petitioners, in case, they appear before the trial Court.
