Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the present appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise deed dated 29.05.2026. 3.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise deed dated 29.05.2026. Decree-sheet be prepared accordingly making the compromise deed a part of the said decree.
