AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed an affidavit in the Court, whereby, the averments made in the petition vis-a-vis joining on 26.03.2015 has seriously been disputed and even attendance register has also been produced. Affidavit is taken on record. I have seen the record, as well as, contents of the affidavit. It has been found that Annexures P-9 and P-10 are not taken from the original.

Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

In view of the aforementioned statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
