Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take action on the representation/application of the petitioner, dated 09.08.2021 and 12.08.2021, Annexures P2 and P3, respectively. Notice of motion.
