(Oral) By this common order, the Court shall be disposing off both the aforesaid petitions being inter-connected matters between the same parties and having legal and factual affinity.
Kiran Bala has been produced today in the Court and has been identified by her lawyers and on the asking of the Court, she has made statement that though she has entered into a wedlock with Sonu-petitioner Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2016.09.07 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
Criminal Writ Petition No. 330 of 2016 and Criminal Misc. No. M-1934 of 2016 -2for which CRWP-330-2016 was filed earlier but because of the fraud committed by him upon her, her life has been ruined. She does not want to stay with Sonu and has shown her willingness to accompany her parentsrespondent no. 4 Ashok Kumar-father and respondent no. 5-Kawaljit Kaur mother who are present in the Court and have assured this Court of her safety as well as well being.
Keeping in view the aforesaid situation, counsel for petitioner in CRWP-330-2016 has made statement withdrawing the present petition and similarly counsel for petitioners in CRM-M-1934-2016 has also made statement that since nothing survives in this petition, the same be dismissed as withdrawn. The girl has accompanied her parents from the Court today. Both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. ( Fateh Deep Singh ) August 19, 2016 Judge 'tiwana'
