# Report dated 25.03.2016 of Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar has been received whereby it has been reported by the police that marriage of Kulvir Kaur daughter of Satnam Singh, resident of village Rahimpur, District Jalandhar is to be solemnized on 03.04.2016 with Amritpal Singh son of Sukhwinder Singh resident of Ramdas Nagar, Jalandhar at Regency Palace, Beas, District Amritsar, which is duly supported by the report of the Sarpanch and other respectables as well as by the police and marriage invitation card.  Keeping in view that the petitioner as per this report is real brother of the girl Kulvir Kaur and therefore, as per the prevalent customs and rituals his presence at the time of marriage is essential. In view of these circumstances, it would sub9serve the ends of justice if the petitioner is granted parole for a period of four days with effect from 31.03.2016 to 03.04.2016 subject to furnishing of personal bonds for an amount of
2.00 lacs with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Jalandhar and the petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent, Open Air Jail, Nabha on 04.04.2016 at 10.00 a.m.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
