(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Special Director General, State Armed Police, Jalandhar, submits by passing a speaking order, the claim of one of the petitioner is rejected, however, necessary relief is granted to the other petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case.
