This petition, under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 270, dated 1st June, 2019, under Sections 379-B, 341, 420, 473 and 285 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court afresh to show change in circumstances since dismissal of earlier petition.
