This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 11.09.2015 whereby minor daughter of petitioner and respondent No. 2 were sent to Protection Home.

The daughter of petitioner born on 08.09.1998 and she solemnized marriage with respondent No. 2 on 31.08.2015 giving false detail of date of birth of daughter of petitioner. Vide order dated 11.09.2015 the learned District and Sessions Judge ordered that couple be kept in protection home. The said order was passed on 11.09.2015 wherein the present petitioner and family members of Pooja gave a statement that they will not interfere in the conjugal life of the parties. Crl. Writ Petition No. 341 of 2016 daughter of petitioner will attain majority on 08.09.2016, no ground is made out to quash order dated 11.09.2015.

The petition stands dismissed.
