Versus
Gram Panchayat Fatehgarh Chatauli & Ors ... Respondent(s) CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH CHANDER DIMRI Present :
Mr. Yashjot S. Dhaliwal, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG Punjab.
ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) 1.
At the outset the learned counsel for the State submits that no order has been pronounced by the Commissioner and the matter is still lying reserved and, therefore, the averment made in the writ petition that the order was pronounced on 15.04.2026 is incorrect. He, on instructions, further states that since 2013 warrants of possession have not been executed though there was no stay qua the petitioners.
2.
In view thereof, till such time as the order is not pronounced by the Commissioner, no coercive steps would be taken qua the petitioners. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
YOGESH SHARMA 2026.05.05 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
