RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to comply with Circular/Order issued by the DGP, Punjab vide No.137-223/PA/DGP dated 01.04.2008, directing that in one case only enquiry has to be conducted, in case FIR No.155 dated 18.07.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 447, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Learned State counsel contends that in view of the fact that cancellation report has been filed in Court at Amloh, this petition has rendered infructuous, because petitioner can now raise protest before the said Court.
