(ORAL) Learned State counsel submitting photocopy of cancellation report so to be filed in court contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that petitioners have suspected three persons, of whom polygraph test was got conducted and after thorough investigation, they have been found innocent. The cancellation report would be filed shortly within 4 weeks.
